But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be children of the Most High, because he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked. Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful. (Luke 6:35)

What does it look like to follow Jesus? What can we expect from the Christian life? Is what we think of as the good life the same as God’s? How should we treat other people? How does God treat us?

You would be very welcome to join us at our 10:30am service in St Andrew, Cuffley or at 8:30am for a service of Holy Communion in St Thomas, Northaw, this Sunday, as we look at what Jesus says it looks like when we follow him.

The 10:30am Sunday morning service will also be streamed.  This will start at 10:25am, and can be accessed directly via Facebook or YouTube, found on our website, and is advertised on our Facebook page and YouTube channel.

Annual Meetings

Our Annual Meetings are scheduled for this Sunday, 14th May 2023, after the morning serice at St Andrew. At the meetings, we will elect churchwardens and PCC members, as well as hear reports from the previous year. If you would be interested in serving the church on the PCC or as a churchwarden, please be in touch with Chris.

As part of the preparations for the meetings, the Electoral Roll has been revised. A published list of those on the Electoral Roll is available at the back of both churches.

The Annual Report and Financial Statements are available in the churches, and online.

More details, including Electoral Roll application forms, are available on our website. This page will be kept up to date with all the information and forms needed.

Children’s Church

Our children’s church meets this Sunday morning in the Undercroft (underneath the main building). Children are welcome from 10:20, and will join us in the main part of the building at the end of the service.

Confirmations

Due to a double booking, we unfortunately need to cancel the confirmation service planned for Sunday 21st May - we plan to rearrange for later in the year. If you have been baptised, but not confirmed, and might be interested in confirming your faith, please be in touch with the vicar, Chris (chris@norcuff.com).
