But the Lord said to Samuel, ‘Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The Lord does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.’ (1 Samuel 16:7)

With King Charles’ coronation on the 6th May, we’re going to think about how God chooses a king. What is it that makes a good king? What kind of king do we really want? What kind of king does God provide for us?

You would be very welcome to join us at our 10:30am service in St Andrew, Cuffley or at 8:30am for a service of Holy Communion in St Thomas, Northaw, this Sunday, as we think about what God thinks makes a good king - and why it’s such good news for us.

The 10:30am Sunday morning service will also be streamed.  This will start at 10:25am, and can be accessed directly via Facebook or YouTube, found on our website, and is advertised on our Facebook page and YouTube channel.

Children’s Church

There is no children’s church this Sunday, as we all meet together in the main body of the building.
