Electoral Roll
A new Roll is currently being prepared. To join the electoral roll, please use the form in the booklet 'Belonging', avilable at the back of St Thomas. This should be returned to the vicar, to the Electoral Roll secretary, or by post to St Andrew’s Church, Plough Hill, Cuffley, EN6 4DR. In order to be on the roll in time for the annual meetings, the form needs to be returned by 4th May.
Annual Meetings
The church’s annual meetings will take place on Sunday 25th May, starting after the Morning Service at St Thomas, Northaw.
Annual Parish Meeting (APM)
The APM is open to all those on the civil electoral roll of the civil parish or the electoral roll of the parish church, and meets to elect churchwardens for the coming year. Nomination forms are available here, and in both churches. Completed nomination forms need to be with the minister before the start of the meeting.
Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM)
The APCM is open to all those on the electoral roll of the parish, and meets to elect members to the Parochial Church Council (PCC) and representatives to the Deanery Synod. Nomination forms are available here, and in both churches; nominations can also be taken during the meeting. Annual reports for the year are also received.
