Message from Chris

Anna and I are really looking forward to coming to be part of the church family in Northaw and Cuffley. When we first looked at the advert and profile, we were excited by what we read about the church, the community, and the opportunities for growing in faith and number as we build one another up with the good news of the Gospel.I am currently curate in Gravesend, Kent; before that I trained at Oak Hill college, so we know the general area and now look forward to getting to know Northaw and Cuffley. Before college, I worked as a software developer working on library management systems. Anna and I have been married for almost 16 years, and we will be bringing four children with us: Thomas (10), Jemima (8), Abigail (5), and Miriam (3). I suspect you will notice us arrive! Before we had children, Anna worked in academia teaching and doing biochemical research. I also have a grown-up daughter, confusingly also named Anna, who lives and works in Milton Keynes. All of us are very excited about the move, about settling into the parish and getting to know you all. We are praying that we can all learn to know Jesus better, and make him known better. We have appreciated all the prayer that has already taken place. Perhaps you could pray particularly for all the practical aspects of the move, especially as we try to find primary school places for threechildren.
Thank you
